7 Days Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1) Please contact us before returning any of the items for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back to you directly without checking with us first.
2) Indicate which item(s), Order number you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3) Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

1) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
2) Please contact us no later than 7 days after you have received your purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund request will be accepted.
3) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
4) Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages is non-refundable.
6) Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you (item price + shipping fee ) at the time of purchase you paid.
